Bond's class would have come in to find him looking as flustered as he ever got as he set the Danger Shop simulation to blank, only for it to make a small ~frzzt~ noise and replace the empty room with rugged, mountain terrain and a large, six-wheeled vehicle.

Eventually Bond clapped his hands together. "Well, it seems you're taking turns driving...whatever this is. Everyone in."

Sparkle had been wanting to get to this lesson for weeks now, and apparently nothing had offended his sensibilities so much this week that he had to reschedule this one.

( Sponge baths and a whole paragraph about periods, mostly. )

Library, Wednesday

Peridot wasn't sure what was stranger, really: The fact that when she'd set foot in the library today, she'd suddenly found herself decked out in a black and white striped shirt, black and white face-paint, and some kind of flat hat thing that hung at a jaunty angle from the point at the top of her hair... or the fact that when she made to exclaim something about it, no sound came from her mouth at all. She blinked. Scratched her head. Walked melodramatically in a circle as she thought on that.

In fairness, most of what Peridot did tended toward the melodramatic anyway.

She stepped out of the library and all returned to normal.

"What.."

Back into the library? Black and white clothing, stripes, and silence. It was most vexing.

Not nearly as vexing as the invisible box that she seemed to be stuck in once she took her place behind the desk. It was going to be one of those days in the library, apparently.
