This week, Face was back to whatever passed for normal for him, which meant he was slightly more used to the idea of all these paper books. If not the way the etiquette books tried to guilt trip people.

Younger him had had the right idea about using the library computers to watch holos though.

"Okay, class," Reno said, talking today as he led his students through the portal on the Causeway, "part of the ruins have been called safe for the day, so I'm gonna take you on a little nature walk. You see, the plants that we saw growin' in Edge aren't the only ones to be found in the city. They're just the new ones. There's one place - and one place only - that's always had flowers growin' in it, even back before Edge, when Midgar was still standing."

The portal opened up and dropped the class off in the middle of the ruins, overlooking what was left of a church.
