Right, so they'd gotten to make mead in class yesterday, and gotten some of their own to take home. She'd done as Thor had asked and waited until she got back to her room to drink it, but . . .

Well, let's just say Cosette, unused to alcohol of any sort, was grateful for the library's quiet today. Several different editions of the Merck Manual were hovering near the circulation desk, prepared to shush anyone who was too loud. Medical reference books were helpful like that.

The classroom was nice and dim today when the students entered. There was an old fashioned popcorn machine at the front of the class with little paper buckets for the students to grab as much as they wanted from. Pinkie was half asleep against the projector at the back and waved tiredly at the students when the time came for class to start.

"Hiya everypony," she said sedately (for her). "We were gonna have something fun to bake today but I just got in from Ponyville last night and I'm still hungover sleepy from all the parties I threw with my friends. I dunno where Derek is." He was probably hiding from the hungover party pony. "So we're gonna watch a movie, isn't that fun?"

Her cheer was interrupted halfway through by an enormous (by which we mean her mouth opened wider than her body was tall) yawn.

"Anywho," she said, smacking her lips. "I think it's a comedy about amateur bakers. Enjoy!"

"Hey, guys, you you doing? You doing good?" Johnny asked. He was at the front of the room for some reason. "Dean Skywalker couldn't be here today." Oh no. "So I'm running things today." Why would somebody give Johnny this kind of responsibility?

Because he was a damn superhero, that's why.

"So this is what we're going to do... Pizza Party. There's nothing more relaxing than a party and pizza is great comfort food. Boom. Meditation handled," Johnny said.

"As for the ass kicking, I made sure the pizza guys divided the number of slices evenly, then added one slice. If you want that last slice, you have to fight for it. And if nobody fights for it, I get it. Them's the rules. If you don't want to battle, there are some peaceful breadsticks to share."
