"Hello children, and welcome to the final meeting of our class!" Thor greeted. "Today I thought I might discuss with you Huginn and Muninn, the ravens belonging to Odin, the Allfather," he held out an arm and looked expectantly at Loki- or rather, the bird that accompanied him just about everywhere. The bird took wing and alighted himself on Thor's arm. Thor took a moment to consider the bird thoughtfully before continuing:

"Ikol here is, as I am to understand it, a bird belonging to the same larger family as Huginn and Muninn. As there is only one way for Asgardians," well, one acceptable way. There were other ways of slipping between the worlds, as Loki had made him aware. "to travel between the worlds, my father sometimes requires messengers to bring him news of import from Midgard. And so, he chose ravens as his messengers, as truly, who would look upon such a creature with suspicion? They are equally at home in both cities and wild areas, making them the most inconspicuous of eavesdroppers. Not to mention that even your average raven is more intelligent than most Midgardians are aware." At a nod from Thor, Ikol took flight again, settling by Loki once more. "And so my question to you! If you needed to gather information, which creature would you choose as your messenger?"

As finals went, it... wasn't actually all that different from a normal class. But give him a break, he was pretty new at this whole thing!

After answers, if any, were offered, Thor smiled at the class. "I have to say I have greatly enjoyed our time together! I hope you come away from this class a little more knowledgeable about some of Midgard's myths, and I do hope there will be some familiar faces in the class I shall teach next!" Don't ask him what it was, though. He had no idea. Yet.

Today, the students would find, rather than Ser Jaime Lannister, a blond fourteen-year-old wearing a t-shirt with the Decision Making Skills teacher's shield on it. It had been on the top of the pile on his floor, okay? "Uh, hey," Alex said to the class. "Mr. Lannister couldn't make it today, so he asked me to take over for him." Probably because Alex's name was first alphabetically, but he chose to believe it was because Mr. Lannister had faith in him. "So we'll be watching a movie with some squiring in it." Also, Heath Ledger. "I didn't really have time to get snacks, but I have a couple of boxes of Pop-Tarts and if anyone wants to run to the soda machine or whatever, now's your chance. The movie will be starting soon."

There was sunshine in the Danger Shop today as the class filed in. As usual, their instructor was standing around looking slightly bored, waiting for them. And behind her, they could see the vast expanse of Disneyland Paris.

Yes, this was totally going to be a strict final. Or not. Probably not.

"Welcome to our last session, kidlets," Sarah drawled in greeting. "Dunno if you've actually learned anything over our time together. I most certainly have not, and thank fuck for that. But, a final is sort of expected, so that's what we'll be doing today."

She gestured lazily behind herself.

"This is Disneyland. Your final is to have as much fun as you can. Yes, I will be grading this shit." No, she wouldn't. "Get to it, brats."
