The Danger Shop today was set up as a cozy little reading room, filled with bean bag chairs, giant floor cushions, and even the occasional arm chair or two -- which was impressive when you factored in that the teacher who'd programmed the thing didn't have arms.

"Hi everypony! Today we're going to talk about one of my friend Twilight's very favorite things to do: reading! Reading can be so much fun! Even if you have all the adventures in your own world every day, there are still bunches and bunches of more adventures you can have through reading a book! To prove it, I was going to have you all live out one of the adventures of the very best fictional action pony ever, Daring-Do!" Pinkie grinned, waiting for the excited gasps of the students, then went on. "Unfortunately, it turns out it's really hard to get this thing to make Ahuitzotl, the dog-monkey bad guy with an extra hand at the end of his tail, so instead, you can all read about it, instead."

Because programming a five-handed blue Aztec creature was totally way harder then trying to get the Danger Shop to create copies of a book several dimensions removed from its dimension of origin.

"So everypony grab a seat and find a book and get reading! Yay!"

Anakin was having a really tough week and it was evident in his choice of discussion topic today, if not his expression. "We all struggle with the wrongs others have done to us as well as those we have done to others," he began, "and it's widely considered unhealthy to hold onto such toxic anger or seek revenge when we're the wronged party."

He started pacing. "Many--especially those who consider themselves religious--believe the answer lies in forgiveness. But we can get bogged down in the hows and whens and whys of the thing: do you ask for forgiveness immediately, and in doing so, does it rob the other person of their righteous anger? Are there things that cannot be forgiven? What about things that happened generations ago: it that telling children about their heritage or just adding to an unhelpful cycle of resentment and revenge?" He sighed. "The topic is much more complicated than the 'tell them you're sorry' I teach my toddler. My questions today are: do you confess to it immediately when you do something wrong and do you think there are things that are just unforgiveable?"

Like, say, torturing your children, blowing up a planet and enslaving a galaxy for decades? Something like that.

Billy was definitely a little antsy today, with it being so close to Friday. Some people might have been looking forward to Prom, but tomorrow was his and Topher's first date, and he couldn't stop thinking about all the things that could possibly go wrong between now and tomorrow night. So, for the time being, he was distracting himself with comics. Shiny pictures and bright colors were doing a lot to keep his brain safely occupied.

[The OCD got lost on its way here, oops! So sad!]

No, hold that thought. Sarah looked mighty pleased with herself today. That's right, there was no uniform today: she was in civilian clothes, even if they seemed to have major hints of the grey-black-green colour scheme of her work outfit. And why was she pleased? Well, probably because today, the Danger Shop was an English pub. A London one, to be precise. The interior was dark but sort of cozy, and there were lots of patrons milling about, carrying pints to private booths or the tables scattered around. It was not just any bar, though, and the eagle-eyed among the students would probably come to notice the names of the beers and liquers – Salíne Bitter, Green Lamp Ale, Shazamstell Light, Bottled Beast – behind the bar and on the adverts on the walls were unfamiliar, yet maybe somehow not to some of them.

(Somewhere, Deadpool was weeping at not being there to see it.)

Sarah was leaning against the bar, looking right at home. "Welcome to the Fortress, kidlets," she said. "Today, we're taking a break from looking at superhero problems. Instead, we're looking at superhero downtime, and you're in luck, because the SPA didn't specify what I was supposed to talk to you about here." How foolish of them. "See, where I come from, what we do on our downtime is get pissed." A beat. "I mean that in its proper meaning of 'really fucking drunk'." Because she was a Brit, dammit. "And here is where we do it: the Fortress. Capes-only bar. No masks, no powers, no heroics. Just good old-fashioned boozin'."

Except...

"Of course, this is as fake as Cher's face, plus this is in a class room, so all the booze is non-alcoholic but on the upside, you also don't have to pay. So, your task today is to mingle and chat up some of my esteemed colleagues about what it's like to be a superhero. They're only simulations but they should act enough like the real thing." Yes, even Monkey Thunder. "I would've gotten the real thing, except I couldn't be arsed. Also, this has a higher chance of me being able to keep Don from hitting on you. Now, scram. I have fake beer to attend to."

[OCD up!]

Summer had sent out a handwaved e-mail, letting her students know they were meeting in the Danger Shop today. Upon entering, they'd find the room set up like an underwater lab. A large table was in the front of the room, stools situated underneath it. Summer happened to be sitting on one of them; she'd pulled out a few more for her students to utilize.

Situated in the middle of the lab was a large pool of clear, deep water. If the students paid attention to it, they'd notice gray masses swimming in and out of it.

"Last class, we discussed what you wanted to learn about in these next few weeks," Summer began. "So, I decided to create a class around it. This underwater lab is home to a pod of dolphins," she explained, smiling lightly. She gestured to the large pool in the middle of the lab, "They come and go as they please. You can sit by the edge of the pool and get up close and personal with the dolpins today. If you have any questions, feel free to ask."

Summer, finishing her lecture, handed the students a handwaved handout containing numerous facts about the dolphins they were about to meet. "Feel free to look over that for a moment and then have some fun."

[... and I fail at putting up OCD. I apologize profusely. Got busy at work and totally forgot. Epic fail on my part.]
