Having made the excuse of going to pick up something to eat (Bod was just glad the Gregsons liked food), Bod had caught a portal back to Fandom to be there for his shift at the library. He set to work shelving the books that needed to be shelved before settling in behind the counter with a book of his own.

There was a notepad in front of him where he was scribbling down things he needed to remember to do before returning to Kansas and at the top of the list was actually remembering food. It'd be awkward if he showed up with nothing.
