While Bod had imbibed of a little more alcohol than usual last night, he wasn't hungover which he counted as a good thing. He hadn't woken up in a strange place and Kate hadn't gotten lost and ended up somewhere in Egypt on her own so the party had been fun and the aftermath hadn't been worthy of tears. Bod counted that as a success.

After shelving the books that had come in earlier, he was now reading quietly behind the desk. Today, he'd picked up a book on various religions of the world. After his conversation with Kate about afterlives, he was interested to see what other religions believed happened to you then.
