Yesterday's trip to Kaeleer -- Jono, dragons, and friends -- had been just what Raven needed, and she almost hadn't wanted the day to end. On the other hand, she was eager to start her new duties as a library assistant. She'd been near giddy about being assigned Sundays, Jono's old shift, since it was almost like keeping it in the family in a way.

The books seemed to be quiet and behaving for the most part today, so she spent the morning drifting amongst the shelves to familiarize herself with where everything was located (the Great Library of Azarath hadn't exactly used the Dewey Decimal System), then settled at the front desk with her laptop.

Possibly looking up speculation about tomorrow night's finale of Rumor Gal. Priorities!

The students were meeting in the Danger Shop today, which looked quite a bit like the school library, but with enough computer terminals for about half the class. "If you haven't had to do research yet in the course of helping your friend or coworker or whoever it is you have in mind, I can almost guarantee you will at some point or another," Hermione began.
