Not that he knew much about libraries, but he could read so that had to help - right?
What he wasn't expecting was the library to be decked out for a party. Shiny glitter and confetti (what was the difference between those two again?) carpeting the floor and the tops of the books. Flowers crammed onto every imaginable surface. And streamers hanging down everywhere.
Which, okay, right, George could deal with that. The library wanted to have a party. As long as it didn't expect George to serve at the party, he could deal with it.
