Another semester, another Friday in the library. Buffy came in juuuuust before the bell, put her stuff down on the desk and-

"What smells like bananas?" she wondered aloud.

Care for Magical Creatures; Friday, Period 2 [ 01/09 ].

When the students arrived for their class today, they'd find themselves in just a regular old classroom. But not for long.

"Good morning, younglings!" Minsc, the very large fellow with the scars and the armour and the tattoos and...the hamster...greeted the students boisterously, pounding a fist down on the large desk in front of the blackboard. "Welcome to Care for Magical Creatures! I am your teacher, Minsc, and this is my companion, Boo! In a moment, we shall get started, but at the moment, there is something very important we must do first! These desks! They are evil! They are restrictive! Up! Up out of the desk and quickly, children, we must destroy them entirely and make some proper space in this room!"

"Up, up!" Minsc waved his arms to encourage his students to his feet and, with a great, guttural sort of battlecry, he lifted his foot and kicked it straight into one of the desks. It went flying from the impressive blow, toward the front of the room, smashing into a thousand pieces against the blackboard and settling in a small pile of broken legs and pieces.

"Well? What are you waiting for? Vanquish these desks!"

Student Council Meeting, lunch

Nathan had sandwiches and chips available for lunch.

"Welcome back," he said after they'd all gotten settled in. "Second semester and the second half of your term in office. I thought it'd be a good idea for today's meeting to focus on what you'd like to do before summer break and, time permitting, how you'd like to implement it."

Deadpool's PA privileges had been temporarily taken away, so it was Zoe's voice that came over the system today.

"Attention everyone. The following students need to report for detention tomorrow morning with Mr. Minsc:

Adora
Prince Edward
Peyton Sawyer
Cal Stephanides
Michael Van Helsing

"As for the rest of you, have a safe weekend."
