In Lieu of Morning Announcements - Saturday Morning

Anyone coming or going in the dorms who went through the lobby would have noticed something rather odd today. Namely, the lobby had somehow been turned into a Ball pit. The balls came up to an average person's waist and would have to be waded through from the stairs to the front door and vice versa.

Fortunately, whoever had made this ball pit in the wee hours of the morning had thought to make sure the balls were netted off so opening the door wouldn't let any balls out.

The Vice Principal definitely didn't do it. Really.

Fandom had a funny sense of humor, since somehow the entire island had caught onto this trend and ridiculous amounts of brightly colored plastic balls were spilling out of random closets. Some folks in town and higher up in the dorms might even find random rooms already full of balls.
