The Chef wasn't speaking this morning. Instead he held up signs (which were written in English for some reason.)

Sorry about not talking this morning students. I stumbled upon a whole bag of saltwater taffy last night and ate the whole thing. So now my mouth is pretty much glued together. But I have no regrets. SALTWATER TAFFY FOR LIFE!

After some garbled Chinese profanity and the muffled sound of a handful of well-placed smacks, the PA system comes on fully, and Zoe finally sounds clear.

"Good morning, students. I apologize for the technical difficulties this morning." A few more banging noises could be heard. "Ahem. This message is to inform you that the following students have been chosen to serve detention this week with Miho:

Briar Moss
Peter Parker
Nadia Santos
Sam Winchester

"Be sure to report for detention tomorrow morning. That's all the announcements I have, thank you."

Flight and Flying (Friday, July 14, morning)

Anakin stood in front of the Flight Club shed with his hands hidden in the folds of his robe, looking every inch the confident Jedi. He didn't realize that he was imitating Obi-Wan's way of standing.

Summer Picnic, Main Campfire, Friday afternoon

At lunchtime, the campfire area was set up with blankets, baskets, picnic tables, food, and ant problems. The groundskeeper who brought the ants was later sent home for the rest of the day. It turned out that he didn't really like picnics.
