Homecoming Update

Homecoming 2005
Update 9/18/05 : The official Homecoming theme has been selected. There was a tie in the vote, so the overall Homecoming theme will be "Come As You Aren't", with an 80s-themed Homecoming Dance.
Music Committee:
lane_drums (Chair) and
oatmanspatient. Leave music recommendations here in the box.
Tickets: Tickets to the dance go on sale Monday, October 3rd. Soorder your inflate-a-date find your date before that, dorks. You need to have a ticket to get into the dance, or Rover will toss your ass.
King and Queen: Nominations will be taken on Tuesday, September 27th and Wednesday, September 28th on campus.
girlcrichton is not eligible. Voting will start the following Tuesday and be open until Thursday night before Homecoming. The Winners will be announced at the first Homecoming event.
Rules: NO GUNS OR NUCLEAR WEAPONS OR LIGHT SABERS allowed. Except
principalconnor, she can and will kill you give you detention if you try to pull anything Carrie-esque at the dance, so don't try.
EVENTS: Because the school has no athletics at all, Homecoming is going to sponsor a Field Day on campus in lieu of a pep rally. If you have a suggestion for a station, come to the next meeting. We'll need volunteers as well, for the dunk tank and kissing booth, etc.
