Janet was slightly out of breath from running across town to get to the school and open the library on time. And to get coffee while on the way.

Trying to catch her breath. Not really succeeding. Also somewhat cranky.

Somewhat calmer now, if avoiding any mention of the word 'prom' and hoping no one brings it up.

"Three of them, and I can't decide," said Janet ruefully. "I'll probably go and choose at the last minute after classes tonight. You?"

Zero came in after Driver's Ed. She already has all her prom stuff, courtesy of one Claude Shi, so she'll be able to help with any non-prom-related business that may arise.

Listening to the podcast of the radio. And, well, slightly less than pleased.

Lunch

The library is closed so that the aides and the librarian may eat their lunches in peace. Of course, if ask nicely, you might be able to get away with disturbing them.

Parker's here before Studio Art, and trying not to dither about the Decorations. Plus, still trying to decide on a dress too.

Staring at pictures of prom dresses and trying to figure out which one she's going to buy at the last minute isn't helping her mood. But if she doesn't have a dress, Sam will kill her.

Theoretically, there's a TA meeting with Dr. Pierson today. In actuality, if the man wants the damned meeting, she's dragging him out to the Perk for it.
