Janet was slightly out of breath from running across town to get to the school and open the library on time. And to get coffee while on the way.

Angela wrinkled her nose in sympathy. "Lottery loser? That sucks. At least we'll suffer together."

This was getting even worse. "I forgot detention started early. Rats."

"Do you know who's in charge?" And please, let it not be anyone who turned kids into animals.

Zero shook her head. "No clue. I just hope it's not Professor Skeeter."
