There are several giant robots.

"If everyone could find the Zord that matches the schematics I assigned you last week, I'd like you to get in the cockpit and start experimenting with the controls. Remember- nothing you do will cause any lasting damage, as this is just a simulation, so don't worry."

Certain people have dibs on the Polar Bear, Triceratops, T-Rex and Pterodactyl. There's still plenty of choices though...

Anders paces around, peering at the control schematic in his hands and then at the, um, giant stompy animal assault vehicles. How the frak is he supposed to tell which one of these goes with which GSAAV?

"Uhhhhh, Doctor O?"

"Yes, Conner?"

Anders sighs. He seriously has no idea where this "Conner" thing keeps coming from mwahahahahahaha and it's getting quite frankly freaktastic.

"Anders. Not Conner. Just like Conner is not Connor OMG." He tugs at his hair in frustration and looks around again. "I have no idea which one of these I'm supposed to be assigned."

Tommy just gives Conner Anders a "omgwtfDUH" look and points to the T-Rex. "That one's yours."

Anders gives Tommy a "omgwtfbbqITWASNOTTHATOBVIOUS" look and says, "Oh. Hey, red. Cool. Um. How do I get up there?"

Marty just happens to be walking by the class room when he sees really cool looking robots.

So he walks into the classroom because hey... cool looking robots.

"Are those cool looking things robots?"

"Yep. Well, the technical name is 'Zords', but I suppose robots works too." Tommy says.

"So do you have to be in this class to drive one?" Marty asked with puppy dog eyes hopefully and keeping an eye on what appears to be a black frog-like Zord.

[ooc: There was a frog zord at one point right?]

"Nah," he said with a shrug, after a moment's contemplation. "Go ahead, if you'd like."

Marty watches as Anders leaps into his Zord.

"Do I need some sort of jumpsuit outfit or something?"

Barbossa stared up, and up, and up, at the giant giraffe robot-thing.

"Giraffe?" he asked.

"Giraffe!" Tommy says, waving at it. "That one's yours. Just jump in."

"The heck ye say," Barbossa said.

He gave an experimental hop.

Up, up, up...

"This be stranger than zombies," Barbossa muttered before reaching out to push random buttons.

Probably not the best way to drive, B...

Tommy watches worriedly as the GiraffeZord starts moving. And glances nervously at the patch of smoking fake grass that Marty's fake laser beam hit.

Barbossa's eyes lit up. "Thar be weapons on this thing?" he asked, grinning at the smoking patch of grass.

He looked around, hoping for something labeled "cannon" for easy pirate-to-robot translatability.

The GiraffeZord wandered around in a drunken circle as Barbossa tried to figure out how to drive, then gallumphed towards, well, the wall.

Hamlet just stares in bewilderment at the giant Armadillo.

"How do you enter these giant robots? How do you operate them? How do the physics of these even work? What sort of energy supply do they run on? Wouldn't robots of this size cause massive damage to the city simply by walking around?"

Hamlet rolls his eyes at the sheer insanity of it all, but jumps anyway--

--and is very surprised to suddenly find himself inside the cockpit of the ArmadilloZord, with no obvious entrances or exits to be seen. Huh. Kids' shows aren't big on the logic.

He pushes a couple of random buttons, which do nothing but start playing Elton John music (http://www.eltonography.com/songs/hey_armadillo.html) over the intercom.

"Um, where was that joystick you mentioned?"

"It... should be there." Tommy looks startled, and a little confused. "On the console in front of you? Maybe a little to the right?"

"Oh, look," Zero said as she looked up at the Tricerazord. She took a sip of her latte before adding, "It matches my hair."

Aeryn likes the polar bear, but has to ask, "Am I ever actually going to be driving one of these things in my real life?"

"If you decide to move to California?" Tommy says. "It's a distinct possibility."
