School Auditorium: Auditions, beginning Noonish.

The lights are up up on the stage, and Dewey sits in the middle of the center aisle of seats, a notebook and pen in hand, and his iPod at the ready in case there are any lulls in auditions.

Yes, that is seriously how low-key Dewey has set up auditions. Get up on stage and do your monologue and sing your song, and you shall be properly auditioned.

After the audition, MacB stood around pondering why he was doing this.
There was something about the writings of this Shakespeare guy that made his sense of reason twitch. A man's head turning into that of an ass? Seriously, how unlikely was that?
He was pretty certain that this Shakespeare guy was just full of hot air, but he wasn't about to say it.
So he stood about, looking over a script with one skeptically raised eyebrow.

Parker's Little Brother heard the chortling and recognized it immediately, making his way over to her.
"Parker, lass! How are you?"

Parker joins her a while after her audition, and rolls her eyes. "Can I possibly bribe you to forget what you saw?"

Cordelia had, like Rory, decided to check out the auditions.

At Xander's performance, she blinked very slowly and watched him with mouth agape. Well that was...interesting. And not very Xander-like. Weird.

"And just so we're clear, I totally wasn't serious about the singing thing. I had no idea he's actually like, incorporate it in. I am so sorry!"

Lee peers at his script and bites his lip nervously.

Parker settled in gleefully and waited for Lee to audition.

Actually, the acting wasn't bad at all. The singing, well... he'd have time to practice, right?

On his way back, she called teasingly, "Hey, Apollo!"

The shrub in the corner seemed to be writing something on a list of student names.

There are occasional mutterings about who should also be trying out and hasn't seemed to have shown up.

If shrubs could take notes or mutter, of course.

Which they can't.

Cally sits down in the auditorium, in the early afternoon. She's totally planning on being supportive of her friends.

She's not here to audition. She's also spending way too much time chewing on her pen.
