Study Hall -- Monday, October 24th
Sarah sits at the front desk, a large pile of romance novel notes school-related documents sitting in front of her. She occasionally glances at the stack thoughtfully as if she's trying to come up with an idea and failing miserably.
Instead, however, she's been drawing mushroom clouds on the blackboard. She appears to have had a lot of practice at it.
OOC: Give me a couple of days to finish the romance novel chapter, 'kay? Sarah and I are both having a bit of writer's block on the subject, but we should be fine. ;)

"Um, hey," she says, with an attempted smile. "I just wanted to say sorry for never getting back to your voicemail. It's kinda been a full week."

"Hey Duce. How're you doing today? Would you mind if I took your picture for the yearbook?"

Or possibly afraid that if she got too close, certain parts of his anatomy might rise like a double headed hydra from behind his zipper and menace her! so totally never letting go of that cuz zomgFUNNAY!Jayne was a bruiser, a big, strapping simian type who looked as though he could handle himself in a fight. Heck, she half expected him to roar and start beating his chest like King Kong every time she saw him. The way he'd reacted, such a completely cowed manner, to the sight of Han the other day definitely had piqued Duce's interest.
She calmly flipped the page of her paper.

After scanning through the articles his eyes stop at the ad. Yes, the ad.
And yes, coffee was spit out.
"Potter." he says vindictively. The paper ripped in his hands. Draco wasn't much for metaphors but if revenge was a dish best served cold then Potter was about to eat Thanksgiving leftovers.
((Tried to sound evil as possible but I'm listening to REO Speedwagon. You try to be mean while listening to "Can't Fight This Feeling"; it's hard.))

On the other hand, it now looks like she and Harry were now most assuredly In For It

A tan while fully dressed, granted, but still. A vamp could dream.

"Hey," she said with a grin. "I know we're going for coffee later for your official interview, but I wanted to thank you for sparking the idea." She tilted her head
which obviously means no male in a 50 yard radius will be able to say no to herand said, "I was wondering if you could do me another favor."(no subject)

"Kid's got good taste," she says quietly, with a quick glance towards the door. If Jayne's trying to get on her good side, she thinks as she closes the box and goes to put it in her quarters, it's working.
(Although granted, not all that much, because this is Sarah we're talking about. But not getting a punch in the face from Sarah is pretty much the equivalent of a warm, overly long hug from anybody else, so there you go.)
