Study Hall -- Monday, October 24th

Sarah sits at the front desk, a large pile of romance novel notes school-related documents sitting in front of her. She occasionally glances at the stack thoughtfully as if she's trying to come up with an idea and failing miserably.

Instead, however, she's been drawing mushroom clouds on the blackboard. She appears to have had a lot of practice at it.

OOC: Give me a couple of days to finish the romance novel chapter, 'kay? Sarah and I are both having a bit of writer's block on the subject, but we should be fine. ;)

Faith blinked at him. A few times. "You're a yearbook photographer?" she says, with a slight giggle.

"Go ahead, I definitely did have a double- I think she moved out, though."

Marty pulls out his digital camera. "Well you know me Faith. I'm just Mr. School spirit. I'm all about the extracurricular activities."

"Flash those pearlys" he says and snaps a picture.

Faith rolled her eyes. "All the felons join school activities. Hell, I've got a student council meeting tonight."

She grins at the camera.

"Hey Faith, I'm doing a little digging into that whole incident at Spikes last week... um... actually the incident other than ours? Where most of the students who were at the bar freaked out on Wednesday? Somebody told me you were there when it happened."

"Yeah, I was there- I work there sometimes, as a bartender/bouncer. That was a pain in the ass, but at least I didn't get there till after everyone went crazy."

"You need to know anything in particular?"

"Well I've got a lot of the details, except I'm looking for one mystery man who was there that night that no one can seem to identify. Tall guy? Thin? Dark hair? He didn't seem to be affected by the gas at all."

Faith shrugged. "Angelus was in there, and him and Spike both weren't effected by the crazy- they don't need to breathe, so I think that could have had something to do with it. I wasn't really looking, to tell you the truth- I physically threw Jay out, and then I was trying to get everyone else calmed down, and then me and Bob left."

Marty frowns. "Yeah I guess it was pretty crazy in there. Were you affected by the gas at all?"

Faith shook her head. "I got there after it first like, got out or whatever, and I guess the cloud dispersed? Or maybe the whole slayer thing helped me out- there's a healing factor involved, so maybe it made me immune."

Marty nods and scratches his ribs. "Yeah. Wish I had something like that."

Okay... you've got to do something about that icon because there's no way I can be snarky with you while Faith is holding a puppy.

Faith doesn't look guilty at all. "Well, it helps to not pick fights you know you can't win," she says, not as meanly as she could.

Hee! Just be glad I'm not using the cheerleading icon.
