Also, in a bout of badly needed early practice strangely timed holiday cheer, Sarah has made a huge amount of Christmas cookies that are laid out on the front desk for taking.

John warily takes a Christmas cookie before taking it to his desk and sitting down.

He's not sure if he wants to eat it or not. He remembers one time that his sister used salt instead of flour in her cookies...

Charlie took a cookie and then backed towards a chair near Crichton, never taking his eyes off Prinicpal Connor. She was scary, man, even to him. "Hey Crichton," Kawalsky said as he pulled out his half-written Cyborg Theory essay to work on.

Maia comes into study hall after math and takes a cookie. "Thank you Principal Connor. How are you today?" She had never so much as said a word to the principal because well, frankly Principal Conor scared the hell out of her, but hey cookies, that deserved a thank you.

Phoebe enters, looking a little worse for wear in the eyes. She murmurs a thank you for the cookies and another one for the puppies. She picks up the one she always plays with and retreats to the corner she and her friends usually congregate in.

Maia sees Phoebe, it had been ages since she had seen her so she walks up cautiously "Hey Phoebe." Maia was fully ready to retreat if needed and sensed that Phoebe did not want to speak to her.

Belthazor came into study hall and scanned the room. He smiled when he saw Phoebe and took a seat next to her, leaning in for a quick kiss before settling back and pretending not to listen to her conversation with Maia.

After seeing Draco and Jake, Beka came and sat with Phoebe and Bel. She gave Phoebe a quick kiss on the top of her head and murmurred, "Morning, sister-soul."

Jake wanders in after art and sits down to sketch Callisto some more, grinning a little to himself. There's a mug of coffee next to his elbow, but for once he doesn't seem to be paying it much attention.

After finishing playing 'marbles' with Crichton, Callisto wanders over to Jake. "Are you okay? I think your coffee's gone cold."

On her way by to sit with Bel and Phoebe, Beka inclined her head to Jake. "You still need to do that art thing?"

Chloe sits down and pulls out her Biology notes, but she only looks at them for a moment before she stares off at the wall, lost in thought. She's too mentally distracted for schoolwork right now.

Seeing Six come into the room, John walks over and slides a Xerox copy of his driver's license with his full name, date of birth, and all other important information in front of Six.

Draco does not look like he's in a good mood when he walks into study hall. He ignores the puppies and kittens but he does grab a few cookies before he sits down in his usual spot.

Beka nodded to Draco on her way by. He looked unhappy, which was probably not a good sign. She hoped that all of them, herself included, could keep their tempers in check and not do anything that was going to get Angelus in more trouble. On impulse, she stopped one desk over and scribbled a quick note.

Cooler heads will prevail.

Anything else she's not willing to commit to paper. She hopes Draco will understand.

After her morning meeting with Bel and Tara, Beka entered Study Hall, grabbed a handful of cookies to go with the coffee she'd brought and sat down with Bel and Phoebe. She'd cured her emo from the day before by taking action, but not seeing Angelus there, basking in the sunlight through the necro-tinted glass still stung. Hell if she didn't miss him.

After Journalism, Krycek ducks into Study Hall, looking around for a moment. Not seeing who he was first thinking of, he wanders over to talk to Chloe, letting Jake work on his project without interruption.

...He seems to have forgotten he's wearing a fez.

Duce walks into Study Hall and pauses right inside the door, looking for someone. He snakes all turn to stare at Krycek and her face follows. Her head drops as her hand comes up to meet it, fingers pinching the bridge of her nose hard.

Either not finding who she was looking for, or terrified and traumatized by the fez, she turns, still pinching her nasal bridge, and walks out again.

Jake wanders in again to get a break from the journalism room before the newspaper meeting. He spots Lilly Kane, and tilts his head. He hesitates for a moment, then shrugs and approaches her. "Hey."
