Study Hall -- Wednesday, November 16th

Pool table. Puppies. Kittens.

Also, in a bout of badly needed early practice strangely timed holiday cheer, Sarah has made a huge amount of Christmas cookies that are laid out on the front desk for taking.

Maia smiled now happily. "Oh nothing really with me. I've been a bit worried about you though." Maia sits, her eyes soft and worried. "Are you ok honey?"

Phoebe nodded. "Just a lot of stuff has happened in the last few weeks...Kitty...Tara...and now them accusing Angelus of murder."

Maia nods her eyes wide. "I know I couldn't believe it. I mean Angelus and I have not always gotten on well but" Maia shakes her head "To accuse him of murdering that girl. I just- I don't think he did it."

Phoebe's eyes turn hard and flinty, but it's obvious the anger isn't directed at Maia.

"He didn't and he wouldn't. He promised me he would help me find who hurt Kitty and I think someone may have thought he was getting ready to deal with them."

Maia saw the anger in Phoebe's eyes, very glad it was not directed at her but felt bad for who had it in store for them.

Maia looks thoughtful for a moment "You think so?" Maia glanced around the room as though expecting the person to be right there with them. "Phoebe have you..have you seen anything? In reguards to Kitty I mean?" Maia's voice is very low barely above a whisper

Phoebe shakes her head.

"I haven't seen anything since it happened and since I talked to George. I've had weird dreams, but nothing else." She cocks her head slightly. "Have you?"

Maia leaned back in the chair and shook her head. "No, I just I just filter things like that out most of the time you know when I can I mean." Maia sighed heavily "I've tried to not get involved in any of it you know." Maia frowns "But, I mean come on Angelus?" Maia shakes her head "How did they come to that conclusion anyway other then prejudice against people who are 'different' in their opinions."
