"Good morning!" Edward's eyes shone golden and he seemed in a particularly good mood. Each desk in the room had a single rose sitting on it. Half the roses were red and half were white.

"Today we'll be doing a roleplay exercise. It is easy to decide to take the moral high road, but it can be difficult to resist temptation when it arises." He seemed unaware of the double entendre. "If you have a white rose, your task today is simple. Hold onto that flower. If you have a red rose, your task today is to convince someone with a white rose to give their flower to you. You may use charm, lies or bribery if you wish. You may not," and here his eyes darkened for a moment, "use threats or force. Anyone who tries will earn detention immediately."

"Before we begin, I'd like to discuss next week's class. It is popular these days to wear skimpy or skin-tight clothing that leaves little to the imagination. Dressing modestly is sadly underrated. Next week we will have a fashion show for your peers to demonstrate that clothing can be both modest and practical. Please give your clothing size to our T.A.s before you leave and remember to invite your friends to class next week!"

Angela was pretty glad of the short lecture, considering how stuffed up and headachey she felt today. The temptation she had to lay her head on the desk and go back to sleep was pretty great this morning.

Cal eyed his white rose for a moment and then, after taking a little sniff of the flower, figured that it was still much better that he was on this side of the coin than the other. He placed the stem of the rose between his teeth and waited for someone to try and get it.

Cal went up to Cullen, holding out the Amber-kitten, who squirmed a little this time instead of immediately trying to paw the crap out of the person's face.

"Amber's a kitten right now," he explained, simply. "I think it might be a little hard for her to seduce right now."
