"Good morning, Bridge," a likewise sleepy Yomiko said as she entered the library. "Anything interesting happen yet?" The day had barely started, so she hoped the answer was 'no.'

Bridge is mentally going over the conversation with Marie on Tuesday, to see if there's some clue as to what had happened to her.

And now he's thinking about Sunday afternoon and his talk with Lana.

After handwavily getting the stuff for dinner started, Isabel headed over to the library to start researching. She was just finishing leaving a message (http://chasingsnitches.livejournal.com/360.html?thread=910440#t910440) when she came through the door. "Morning Bridge."

"Hey Isabel," Bridge says with a wave. "You here to help figure out what's up with Lana and Marie?"

"I am," she said, heading behind to the desk to pull out the file of passes into Special Collections once more. "I take it you talked to Parker?" Then she paused, "Wait a minute, Lana AND Marie?"

He's taking a break from deep thinking to do actual library work.

Briana decided to take a chance on visiting the library again. She had heard murmurings about some people being suspicious and she wanted to do some investigating.

"Hey Phoebe," Bridge says with a friendly smile. "What brings you to the library?"

Lunch

Lunch. Library's closed to all except aides and the librarian.

Isabel came out of Special Collections towards the end of lunch, a pile of notes in her hand.

"What'd you find?" Bridge asks immediately.

"The spellbook of a witch know as Isobel Theroux is missing," Isabel said. "And when I checked some other books I found a picture of Ms. Theroux. She looks just like Lana. Apparently there's some prophecy about her coming back through her heir. I'm willing to bet money that if we could do a DNA test, Lana's it."

Fifth Period

Tsk tsk. Someone had been in recently and rearranged the books in the art section by colour. Bridge spends most of fifth period putting them back in their proper places.

Bridge is tidying up in preparation for closing.

A few minutes before closing, Bridge rifles through the desk drawers until he comes up with a (green) permanent marker and a piece of cardboard, which he uses to create a sign that reads "FORMS (NOT FOR EATING)", which he props up near the stack of replacement library card forms on the counter.
