Bridge opens the library a few minutes early, coffee in hand.

"Yeah, as far as I know," Bridge confirms.

"Okay," she nodded as she flipped open her phone and dialed Rory's number. A short conversation later, Isabel snapped the phone shut. "She was going into to look at the section on prophecies. So at least I know where to start."

"You're going in?" Bridge asks, glancing over at SC.

Isabel had already pulled out the rough SC master list and was pulling on the dragonhide gloves. "I'm going in. If I can get a clue about what book she might have looked at, or hell if she pulled a Logan and took something from there, maybe we'll be able to figure out how to end it."

She glanced at Bridge and raised an eyebrow. "If I don't come out by the end of the day, send in a search party?"

Special Collections still made Isabel's skin crawl, but she ignored it as she went over to the section about prophecies and started cross-referencing the books on the shelves versus the books on her list.

She was relieved to find that the list was fairly accurate. Her biggest fear had been that there'd be books on the shelves that weren't on the list and she's have no way of knowing if something was wissing.

Isabel had finished the second row of shelves when she found a suspiciously empty space where the Spellbook of Isobel Theroux was supposed to be. "Bingo," she whispered.
