"Hey, did you get into Special Collections' records yet?" Parker asked, flipping her book shut. "And Sokka thinks he's a chicken, and he ran into Lana yesterday. Plus I heard on the Radio that Jude is in trouble, and *he* ran into Lana. And did you talk to Bridge?"

"One better, I spent a few hours in there this morning researching and this is what I found," she said, handing over her notes. "The chicken's new, I didn't hear about Jude. I did talk to Bridge. Phoebe's possessed to," she added casually. "I also talked to Jarod. And I'm worried about Cedric. Plus Anders is doomed."

"Damnit, three of them?" Parker pinched the bridge of her nose and cursed under her breath in Russian. "Right. Jarod-- is freaking me out, actually. What happened to Cedric and Anders?"

"Three, yes, the spirits of Isobel and her two friends on a quest for sacred stones to give them unlimited power." Isabel rubbed her temples. "Can evil just do something different for a change? Why does it always have to be unlimited power? As for Cedric and Anders, Anders didn't believe me when I warned him about them. So given the way they're working their way through the male population of the school, he's doomed. And radio said that Cedric talked to Lana on Tuesday. I left him a message this morning to check up on him and he hasn't gotten back to me. I've got a bad feeling."

Parker was skimming Isabel's notes as she talked, and looked up with a 'we're frakked' expression. "And I haven't heard anything about where Jim is, and you can bet he'd have something to say about his girlfriend throwing random spells around. And given what happened to Jamie, I'm guessing Marier did something there, and while I haven't herad about Bel... there's another bad feeling, right there." She sighed, trying to total it up in her head. "Okay, I think now is the time we go to someone with more firepower than we've got. I don't want to end up a Barbie doll or a little Pomeranian if I run into any of these three.

"So basically half the school is under some spell or another. Joy," she sighed. "And didn't Tyler have something up with him in class the other day?"

"He couldn't talk straight. So I'm guessing yes. I'm afraid to ask about the ones we haven't run into." Parker shook her head. "Right. Jack didn't want to go to the administration directly, but I think we need a consult. Maybe with Mr. Phale? He's the only teacher high-powered enough that I know well enough to take this to who might listen."

"That's perfect, especially considering he's the one that wrote Lana the note to get into Special Collections in the first place," Isabel replied. "Let's go do it now. Before we're the last ones left standing. Besides, I promised people dinner tonight. And damnit, I'm delivering."

"Well, that's our first stroke of luck. Okay. And if we see them in the halls? Smile and wave like a Prom Queen. And don't slow down."

"It'll be difficult, but you're probably right," she said, getting to her feet. "I don't want to be a turned into a collie or something worse."
