Bridge opens the library a few minutes early, coffee in hand.

Briana decided to take a chance on visiting the library again. She had heard murmurings about some people being suspicious and she wanted to do some investigating.

Briana paused and smiled. "Research?" she hoped that was the right answer.

"You're in the right place, then," Bridge confirms with a nod. Something occurs to him then- that she's good friends with both Lana *and* Marie. Maybe he should keep an eye on her in case one of them had cast a spell on her.

Briana gave him a smile. She sifted through the memories and found that Phoebe had a great deal of liking and respect for Bridge. She trusted him.

"What do you know about demons?"

Bridge's expression darkens at the mention of demons. He's still a little twitchy from a couple weeks ago.

"With a few notable exceptions that I think you'll agree with? They suck."

Briana sighed. "They are apparently possessive and cranky when they don't get their way, too." She looked at him. "Do you know if there is a way to keep them from breaking spells?"

"Keep them from breaking spells?" Bridge asks suspiciously. "Why would you want to do that?" Oh yeah, something is starting to ping as wrong here.

Damn it. Time to try to cover that. Last thing she needs is for Bridge to find out that she turned Cole into a statue and left him in the middle of their dorm room.

She gave him an incredulous look. "Of course I ahve, Bridge," she said with a smile. "Lana is my very best friend, and Marie is pretty close to me as well." She peered at him. "Are you feeling alright?"
