Because the danger shop was available for teachers to use, Deadpool was gonna abuse that privilege aaaaall the time. Which would be why it was now made up to look like a daycare center from maybe a recent movie about toys. Maybe.

"You both know why you're here," Deadpool informed them. "So, get to work with the kids. And give me the carburetor back before I give Jan enough sugar to let her run a marathon."

"...Hi?" it wasn't like he hadn't seen small children ever. St. Patrick's had plenty of younger lads in their charge. It just... wasn't usually his job to care for them.

"Yes, well. Thank you," Will said automatically, reaching up to touch said hat. "I'm not supposed to wear it inside, really," he shared in a conspiratorial tone. "But there wasn't any place to hang it."

That hat was going to end up covered in glitter and paint and peanut butter somehow.

Although thanks to Ariel, Jenny was now out for his blood, so maybe that wasn't the best thing.

Hands raised up to grab at the hat, Jan beamed like she was a perfect little angel.

Because that was likely being raised by Cable and Deadpool.

"Hi, there, little one!" Ariel almost immediately knelt down to the girl's level and smiled at her happily. "I love your hair, it's so pretty. Would you like a flower?"

"Hi," Jan replied, looking over her purloined hat at Ariel's pretty, pretty hair. "Yesplease."

"Awww, sure!" said Ariel. "I know just the perfect spot, too. It will look so striking in your new hat, don't you think? It looks great on you; very dignified."

"Oh, my," Ariel giggled, trying not to die from the cuteness.

But at least she wouldn't die a censored because there were children present.

Somewhere, Cable was glaring. Glaring so much.

"I like your hair," Jan mumbled because there was a hat in her way. "Can I brush it?"

Juliet was sitting in the room with a mechanical bongo that played the most irritating calypso music ever, beating on it and screaming along happily.

She was also a half-hour past her normal nap time, so welcome to your very own ticking baby time-bomb, kids!

"What have we here?" Will knelt down so he was closer to Juliet's level. The question wasn't said in that high-pitched "talking to babies" tone. No, it was said in the "what is that drum thing and can I take it apart?" tone.

"Ah yes, very good," Will nodded. "Is it a- battery? Or does it wind up somehow?" Because she'd know.

"Oh, wow!" Ariel couldn't help giggling at the most awesome calypso music ever being pounded out by this totally rocking kid. "You're really good at that! You should come play for Jono and join his band. Yes, you're so good. Widdle good widdle dwummer, yes!"

"Oh, no, no, no," said Ariel, giggling again, because, seriously, how cute was this kid? Quite possibly the cutest ever. Except maybe that other one. They were both the cutest kids ever, clearly. "I wouldn't dream of it. I'm not much of a drummer myself. I'm more of a singer. Would you like to hear a song? And play along on the drum? I know a good one that's very similar to that great calypso beat."

Giggling still, Ariel nodded with an attempt to at least look as if this was all very serious and grave and important. "Yes, ma'am! You ready?"

Ariel gave Juliet the chance to lead her in with her clearly awesome drumming before she started in with a song she remembered Sebastian having her sing with him once (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7GmuhXXZQk). One of the ones that didn't suck.

And of course there was appropriate sitting calypso dancing to go along with it.
