"Now, be polite to your teachers, they've worked very hard to teach you these important lessons, mmkay?"

It was really unfair that they were doing this the same week that the coffee pots were on strike.

It was not by choice but Andros had to wear his Astro Ranger uniform, since that was all he really had left out of the few clothes that he did have.

He found a seat and sat down, hoping that no one was really going to notice the uniform.

And no, the irony of the drug assembly on a day when everyone looked strung-out and crazy over their clothes didn't escape her.

Chuck, of course, showed up to the assembly stoned out of his mind.

Which would explain why he had the bag of Cheetos with him.

He was also dressed normally. Please. As if the laundry would dare take away Chuck Bass' clothes. They wouldn't know what to do with the awesome.

It was only after Angela was sat down in the auditorium that she noticed the distinct feeling of 'colder than I should be', glanced down to find that Naked In Public bad dream was almost half-way to being her reality right now, and barely resisted the urge to facepalm.

The leggings she'd been wearing were gone, anyway. Most of her was still covered thanks to the sweater that came to mid-thigh when she arranged herself right. Points for that.

She wasn't about to leave now she was here, because that was just even more awkward. So... here she was. Showing a lot of leg for a very cold day.

Oh, assemblies! Turtle was there, ready to be either very bored, immensely disturbed, or put in eminent peril.

She'd clearly been to quite a few of these.

Amber found herself a seat and whoa, after a minute of looking around, found herself a lot less covered.

At least she was wearing a jacket and boy shorts.

She decided just to stay put for now.

Hoshi was down to a tank top and a pair of jeans. She'd tried washing the jeans in the bathroom sink last night, but they hadn't completely dried. So now Hoshi was walking around in a damp pair of jeans and a tank that was not suited for winter weather. She was cold and grumpy.

Claudia was sad that her DARE shirt had disappeared, along with the rest of her shirts, back on Wednesday. Sadly, her clothing hadn't mysteriously returned to her between movie class and now, so she swept into the assembly in a white bikini (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v719/gofugyourself/GFY112005/74184602.jpg), black cloak, and red Muppet-lookin' slouchy boots like she owned the place. One anyone else, this would look insane. On Claudia, it looked great.

She found a spot to sit and craned her neck, looking for her drug-addicted roommate.

Zoe positioned herself in the back of the auditorium, against the wall, where she could observe both the students and the stage. If that put her out of throwing distance from the stage, well, that was a nice bonus.

Oh, come on. This was just a waste of a day, at an assembly. Jack slouched, wishing that boxers and a tanktop were warmer. Or that he had brought a blanket or someonething to keep him warm.

Okay, that one time she'd had them, they were kinda fun, and she'd been all mellow and giggly. Still.

She was still rocking her mutiny outfit. Wow, Fandom was pretty when nobody wore a lot of clothes.

Robin had seen a few anti-drug commercials and assemblies in his day. He didn't know if they were the reason he didn't do drugs, but they couldnt' hurt.

Miss Elizabeth Bennet was in a foul mood, today. This was in part because, at long last, the laundry strike had taken its toll on her wardrobe. She couldn't account for it; she was not reliant on those infernal machines, and she had had sufficient clothing last night, when she retired to bed. This morning, all of it was gone. This might have been easy enough to bear, if she could have stayed in the confines of her room all day. But today was the school-wide drug assembly, and she was scheduled to speak alongside Captain Algren.

Therefore, Miss Elizabeth Bennet was giving a formal presentation to the student body clad in only the nightgown (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v328/Rellyjean/eliza/pnp2_139.jpg) she had worn the night before, and a heavy shawl (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v328/Rellyjean/eliza/pnp1_462.jpg) draped over it. She had left her hair down, as there was little point pinning it up properly when one was hardly dressed. As a result, Miss Bennet was in the aforementioned foul mood and hoping the presentation could be over with as quickly as possible.

"Welcome, students," she said, rather darkly. "We are here to tell you of the ills of indulgence." There was not much Eliza would not give, at this moment, for a rather hard substance in which she could indulge.
