School Assembly, Friday After The Club Fair

"Gooooood morning kids! Welcome to our very special episode about the perils of drug use," Deadpool said, far too chipper about this whole thing. Oh, he was positively bouncing on the stage of the auditorium here.

"Now, be polite to your teachers, they've worked very hard to teach you these important lessons, mmkay?"

"Let's face it. When Fandom wants to mess with you, it knows what buttons to push," said Hoshi. "I've been hear almost two years and it's been one freaky thing after another from the moment I set foot on the island."

"I guess it's nice to know the place doesn't really change?" Angela offered with a smile.

That got a laugh out of Hoshi. "Yes, at least it's been consistent. Consistently weird!"

"And we love it really." Mostly. Sometimes.

"I'm Angela, by the way," she added after a moment, realising she didn't think she actually knew the girl, and names were good and useful.

"I'm Hoshi," she said with a grin. "You know, I was just talking about you the other day with my friend Hurley. I've heard of you and we seem to move in the same social circles, but somehow we've never met!"

"Ooh, anything exciting?" Angela asked with a grin.

"Well, I did go out with your roommate once," said Hoshi. "He's a pretty good kisser."

Angela laughed, "Ohhh, you don't need to tell me that." She knew from firsthand experience just how good at that he was.

"See, I told you we moved in the same social circles!" said Hoshi, giggling.

"Apparently," Angela remarked with some amusement. "Hannibal manages to almost be a whole social circle on his own."

"He certainly gets around," said Hoshi, smirking. "Really, though, Hannibal was shocked when I mentioned that I hadn't met you."

"I usually manage to get myself out there meeting people quite a lot too," Angela said with a laugh. "Or, I try at least."

"I'm usually pretty good at getting out there and meeting everyone, too ~~except when the mun was getting used to playing two students~~," said Hoshi.

Angela grinned at her. "Just not as good at getting out and meeting each other?"

"I tend to avoid the common rooms when they get really crowded. Little bit of an issue with claustrophobia," said Hoshi. "Actually, now that I think about it, I only show up at Caritas when I'm meeting someone. Guess I'm not really meeting as many new folks as I think."

"Amber and I were talking about throwing a party in a couple of weeks," she said, smiling hopefully at Hoshi. "Would you come to that?" Totally a great way to meet new people.

"And you know Amber, too! We totally move in the same circles," said Hoshi, beaming. "A party would be great. I'd definitely be there."

"We have plans," Angela said with a mischievous grin. Party plans, that was. "It should be fun."

"I can't wait," said Hoshi, grinning. "Let me know if you need any help. I can definitely get food if you guys need it."

Angela nodded cheerfully. "I will definitely bear that in mind," she said. "Thanks for the offer."
