Library: Friday [14.09]

Karal had come prepared this week, where prepared meant more tea and slightly fewer books. Once the library was set up, he opened the doors and settled behind the desk, writing diligently in his notebook.

:You look busy.: Altra strolled in and leapt onto the desk, making himself comfortable.

Karal stared. "Where have you been!"

:Around,: was all the reply he got as Altra rolled onto his side and went to sleep.

"Wonderful," Karal muttered, and went back to writing.

Karal gave her office a quick once over, making sure it was tidy, then opened the window to let some air in.

Karal was still writing, and drinking tea. The tea had gone a bit cold, but he hadn't noticed.

Altra was still fast asleep on the desk.

He's not here, but Altra is, and he's actually awake. He may in fact be batting at the mouse in a half-hearted way.

Karal's back, ~~probably horrible embarrassed from the class~~, but he's off in the stacks, shelving books.

The library is closed for lunch unless you're an aide who's hanging around, the librarian, or someone who might be invited for lunch.

Karal's not here. He's off ~~thinking he's a chicken~~, just checking in on the assembly.

But again, Altra's ~~catting~~ manning the desk, sitting alert and regal, tail curled around his paws.

He might help you. He might not.

Karal is back, hiding behind the desk. Not literally hiding, but he is behind it, and there's a very large stack of books in front of him.

Altra seems to have had some sort of attack, rolling around the floor in silent laughter.

I can't think of a single witty thing to say in the OOC thread.

Have a pony (http://web.mit.edu/cjoye/www/photo/0606Korea/Jeju/day3/j16.jpg) instead.
