Library: Friday [14.09]

Karal had come prepared this week, where prepared meant more tea and slightly fewer books. Once the library was set up, he opened the doors and settled behind the desk, writing diligently in his notebook.

:You look busy.: Altra strolled in and leapt onto the desk, making himself comfortable.

Karal stared. "Where have you been!"

:Around,: was all the reply he got as Altra rolled onto his side and went to sleep.

"Wonderful," Karal muttered, and went back to writing.

Karal looked back and forth between Molly and the machine. "Truly?"

"Molly, that's wonderful!" Karal, laughing, hugged her tightly. "That will save me so much time!"

Molly laughed with him and hugged him back. "Yay machines!" she said.

He was blushing a bit now, and he rubbed the bridge of his nose as he stepped back. "After we finish lunch, I will run up to my room and get everything, if you would show me how it works?"

Molly nodded. "I can do that," she said.

"Thank you," he said again, and took her hand. "First we finish lunch, because this is my time to spend with you." He kissed her lightly. "Everything else can wait."

Molly beamed and laced her fingers with his. "Okay, I think I could eat more."

Karal led the way back to the table. "I'm not hungry, but I would like to try the coke, if I may?" he asked. "Your company is what's important."
