Sam didn't appear to be in the best of moods as he went to open the library, even with extra coffee in his hands.

Neither caffeine nor extra sugary goodness from the Perk seemed to be helping with Sam's annoyance over the previous night's radio broadcast. He'd been sitting at the desk for a few minutes when an idea struck, and he turned to the computer to fire up The Sims again.

Not long after that, there was another house on his Sim block, belonging to Alec Imajerk.

Hmmm, it seemed that Alec wanted to cook something. Maybe he should have tried that after his household skills had improved. Or after he'd put fire extinguishers in the kitchen. Ooooh, flamey.

Third Period [03/06]

Sam was pretty sure that you weren't supposed to remove the ladders to a swimming pool when there was a Sim already in it, but it was too late to go back now. Swim Alec, swim!

Remembering that Sammy was in the library today, Dean gathered up the things (http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/DSIProductDisplay?catalogId=10002&storeId=10051&productId=1196191&langId=-1&categoryId=11864) he (http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/DSIProductDisplay?catalogId=10002&storeId=10051&productId=1200258&langId=-1&categoryId=11831) got (http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/DSIProductDisplay?catalogId=10002&storeId=10051&productId=1200696&langId=-1&categoryId=11863) for his brother and headed down there.

"Hey," he said as he came in and saw Sammy intent on the computer. "What's so interesting?" he asked, moving to try and take a look at the screen.

Sam glanced up and quickly tried to turn the monitor off, before Dean could see what he was doing. "Uh, nothing really," he said. "What are you doing here?"

"Can't I stop by and visit my brother?" Dean asked, even more curious now considering Sammy's reaction. "What, were you watching porn or something?"

"Dean! I don't watch porn while I'm working." In his defensiveness, he might have stopped blocking the monitor.

Dean got a look at the screen. "Computer games?" He looked closer. "Dude, did you make a sim of Alec?"

"No," Sam lied, getting more defensive. "That's one of the Sims that was in there when I started the game." He shifted in his seat and tried to change the subject. "So, do you need a book, or are you just coming to say hi?"

Fourth Period [03/06]

It looked like it was going to take most of the period for Sam to find out what happened when you locked a Sim in a windowless, doorless room.

Lunch [03/06]

The library was closed for lunch, to everyone except aides and the librarian.

Sam had paused his game, and was browsing through the newsfeeds he'd subscribed to.

Fifth Period [03/06]

Going back to his game, Sam had his Alec Sim cooking again. You'd think he would have learned to put in fire extinguishers already, but no...

Sixth Period [03/06]

It was actually an accident when Sam discovered what happened when a Sim with a low mechanical skill tried to change a light bulb. Bzzzzt!

Sam turned towards the door when he heard footsteps, and tried to keep his expression neutral when he saw who had come in. "Hey."

"Hi!" Alec grinned, about a half step off from smirking or looking otherwise as though he might be ridiculing Sam. He had his hands behind his back. "So what did you do for the break?"

"Uh, I slept a lot," Sam replied slowly. "And I hung out with Dawn. Why do you ask?"

He shrugged. "For all I know you went to DisneyWorld in another universe, or DisneyLand or something," Alec explained withiout being terribly clear.

Sam made sure to save his game before going around to clean up the library. He had a feeling he'd be playing with those scenarios again before long.

Did you know that there are entire websites dedicated to "Effective Ways to Kill Your Sims"? I love the internet.

The windowless doorless room? They leave a puddle on the floor before they starve to death.

Also fun traumatizing? Making a new house for them but not putting autonomy on, and forgetting to tell them to go inside.

*never had a SIM starve to death on the doorstep because she was looking in another window, no*

*SIM did not, for further trauma, look like a fellow FH-player (long before there was an FH) because I was messing with a custom skin-designer and used a real photograph*

Accidentally blew her Sim's up. Though that was after his kid was collected and taken away due to neglect. Woe.
