Lifestyle Seminar, here today.
The score is 127 for 5 (Flintoff caught and bowled by Warne), and the players are off for lunch. FOW at 2, 67, 67, 109, 126. Slartibartfast turns off the radio, opens his door and looks out at the deserted corridors of the school. He pins a note to the door.
Lifestyle seminar. Please come in and discuss your recent writing assignment, I'll be back in a bit.
And then he strolls off down the hall, leaving the door open, looking for some refreshment himself.

So, I suppose we ought to start the discussion.
My main problem is that Cheese caused me to lose a boyfriend.

That must have been awful for you?

Throughout my life, cheese has helped me greatly. When I was 7, we had a small mouse infestation in our house. My mother was allergic to cats, so my father, instead set up traps, baited with cheese around the house. While ghastly at best, it did the job. And lately, with transferring here to fandom high, my total and utter lack of cooking skills has left me surviving on toasted cheese sandwiches and frozen cheesecake. They might be small incidents, and in the grand scheme of things insignificant, but that is how I have been affected, and helped, by cheese.
Well obviously, cheese stops hunger right? And lets not forget the downside of cheese; those who are allergic and month-old mould.
Am I on the right page sir?

I suppose cheese could be used a torture device if someone is lactose intolerant. But as for my personal life I really can't say cheese has been too much of an impact. Of course I did love the cheese toasties the house elves used to make for me when I was little.

I'm afraid that since you gave me your written work (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomhigh/52597.html?thread=1935733#t1935733) I've left it somewhere. Could you tell the group something about what you've written?

Umm, yeah - cheese is cool, you know, because it's, umm, chessy and stuff. It tastes great on nachos, and I never even pretend to eat broccoli without it.

I'm dreadfully sorry about being late, professor, I was looking for one of my roommates in the library - she's been missing for days, and I was investigating ther possibility of a curse or enchantment there.

I found your assignment a little thin, I wonder if you'd like to flesh it out a little now, in front of those of the group who are still here? I'm sure they'll pitch in with questions if something needs clarifying.
