Lifestyle Seminar, here today.

The score is 127 for 5 (Flintoff caught and bowled by Warne), and the players are off for lunch. FOW at 2, 67, 67, 109, 126. Slartibartfast turns off the radio, opens his door and looks out at the deserted corridors of the school. He pins a note to the door.

Lifestyle seminar. Please come in and discuss your recent writing assignment, I'll be back in a bit.

And then he strolls off down the hall, leaving the door open, looking for some refreshment himself.

*begins with her piece*

Throughout my life, cheese has helped me greatly. When I was 7, we had a small mouse infestation in our house. My mother was allergic to cats, so my father, instead set up traps, baited with cheese around the house. While ghastly at best, it did the job. And lately, with transferring here to fandom high, my total and utter lack of cooking skills has left me surviving on toasted cheese sandwiches and frozen cheesecake. They might be small incidents, and in the grand scheme of things insignificant, but that is how I have been affected, and helped, by cheese.

Well obviously, cheese stops hunger right? And lets not forget the downside of cheese; those who are allergic and month-old mould.

Am I on the right page sir?

*is relieved to be on topic* Ah yes, [livejournal.com profile] _steele_ was telling me about this when I was over for dinner Saturday night.

Cheese is literally what I live on at the moment, until I get a roommate or cooking classes

*slides into place* (ooc:work nights, mountain time zone, going to no internet access day job now *cries*)

Slides note to [livejournal.com profile] _steele_

Note says: Sorry I missed you this morning at home, we have a new roommate, it is THIS prof!

well, cheese seems to have brought me a new roommate and I am learning all kinds of new things as a result, which may or may not actually get me into some trouble. Not that I am looking for trouble, but my computer does seem to find it rather easily.

*smiles shyly*

How do we cope? He's banned most milk products from our dinners. And in a country with so many cows, the cooks have to get pretty crafty with meals. Just one of the many ways he's made my life worse.
