Ah, cheese is of great benefit. At the weekend, a small plate of cheesy snacks helped me to secure accommodation in town. *glances at _steele_, wonders where deirdreofamber has got to*

I understand that ihatedenmark has a relative who is lactose-intolerant, it's a pity he's not here yet to tell us how they manage to cope. I seem to be okay cooking, but before this week I was unfamiliar with cheese. It seems to be a very handy substance.

well, cheese seems to have brought me a new roommate and I am learning all kinds of new things as a result, which may or may not actually get me into some trouble. Not that I am looking for trouble, but my computer does seem to find it rather easily.

How do we cope? He's banned most milk products from our dinners. And in a country with so many cows, the cooks have to get pretty crafty with meals. Just one of the many ways he's made my life worse.
