Umm, yeah - cheese is cool, you know, because it's, umm, chessy and stuff. It tastes great on nachos, and I never even pretend to eat broccoli without it.

*shudders* I hope no-one suggests I have to eat broccoli in my cookery class tomorrow.

I can see that these nachos, and the salsa that deirdreofamber mentioned, warrant further study.
