It was too hot for a coffee, so this morning Isabel had a frozen smoothie when she opened the library. On time.

Andrew was up and about with a little time to kill before his workshop, so he decided to check out the library. He was delighted to find his big sis there.

"Isabel!" Andrew exclaimed, "What's going on? What's happening? How ya' been?" Not so much making with the library whisper at the moment.

Considering no one else was around at the moment, whispering wasn't really a requirement. "Morning Andrew! How are you doing? Settling in okay?"

Andrew took a deep, dramatic breath and smiled brightly. "I'm slightly loving it here at the moment. People have been really great. I've made friends!" Andrew seemed to be in disbelief.

"You'll find good people in Fandom," she told him. "Most of us are willing to give everyone a chance. I've made some of the best friends in my life here."

So, Isabel," Andrew was now whispering, "I'm here to look for a couple of books. Do you know if the library has any books written in ancient Sumerian or Sanskrit? I would also be interested in any tomes you might have on demonology, astral projection, coniferous trees, and, um, human sexuality." That last one came out a little rushed.

This writer's block was killing him. Slowly and painfully.

So, St. John decided to grab some books. Books were good for stuff! One could read over enough material in the same genre, and soon realize that all plots are usually rehashed again and again. Then maybe he could find the direction he was going in.

Or just kill time until the block passed.

"G'day," John greeted Izzy with a pleasant grin.

"I'm lookin' for somethin' kinda particular, and don't really know my way 'round here, yet. Could you help me out?"

"Uh, well..." he shifted his weight from foot to foot, looking rather embarrassed.

"Promise not to laugh?" he requested sheepishly.

Isabel has the duster and is dusting dancing through the aisles with her iPod.

Karal came into the library, carrying a leather-bound notebook, and stopped, looking around. "Isabel?" he called. "Are you here?"

Fortunately she only had one ear piece in, so Isabel heard him. "Morning Karal," Isabel said as she came out of the stacks.

Harriet came striding into the library and smiled at the girl behind the desk. "Harriet Jones, Applied Ethics Teacher," she said, and showed her library card because her mun CANNOT resist a running gag. "I must say, this is a very impressive library."

Isabel quickly minimized the window she was looking out. "Hi! Isabel Evans, library aide."

"Pleased to meet you, Isabel. I wonder if you could help me. I'm looking for these." She held out a list of six books. "Last minute changes to the syllabus, I'm afraid."

"Oh?" Isabel replied, taking the list and starting to check for locations in the computer. "I'm signed up for your class. It looks like it will be interesting."
