Dealing With Stupid People [Monday, 2nd period]

"Today, you will deal with real people, so keep your eye rolling to a minimum, please," Josh said as the students assembled in the Danger Room Shop that he totally told them about, rly. "We will be working...retail!" he said, clapping his hands together.

The Danger Shop turned into a sandwich store of a chain that might be familiar to some of you, oh yes. "Half of you will be working behind the counter. The other half of you will be the incredibly irritating customers. Ask how long a foot-long sandwich is! Demand a sandwich with everything except most of the ingredients! Wonder why a sandwich shop doesn't serve Mexican!" Josh's grin turned positively evil. "And you customer service types--remember to smile. And, um, not to punch anyone."

Z stood behind the counter in her incredibly attractive new hairnet and t-shirt, waiting for her first customer and looking thrilled to be here, really.

Ah, sweet revenge! Turtle was going to have fun being a customer this time. "Hi, there!" she bounced up to Z brightly.

Zack wasn't sure exactly how to be an obnoxious customer, but he was prepared to give it his best.

Hermione looks like she hates the world. It may be the hairnet. "How can I help you?"

Karal waited patiently for someone to come and serve him a sandwich.

The hairnet was actually worse then the Crashdown antennae. That's something Isabel never thought she'd say. Frowning a bit, she waited for a customer.

Johnny ambled up to the sandwich counter and winked at cute girl with the hairnet, totally getting into his role. "Yeah, so I'll have a double cheesburger hold the mayo, pickle, lettuce, add some bacon, and a large order of onion rings and huge chocolate shake." Yes, he knew this was a sandwhich shop.

Ronan stood ready at the counter, a pleasant smile on his face, thinking that it really couldn't be all that bad.

He really had no idea.

Mac was totally ready to be irritating.

She stood in front of Ronan and just smiled innocently. Her way of lulling him into a false sense of security.

Will tucked her hair up in the hairnet, pulled on the t-shirt on top of her clothes (really, who came up with these terrible slogans?), and stood behind the counter with a nervous smile on.

It was tough work being a sandwich wench, but someone had to do it.

Inara stood patiently in front of Will and smiled at her. No reason to be rude, after all.

Valentine stood in line and bounced a little on the balls of his feet.

He was hungry, as per the norm. And hungry generally meant that he was impatient and possibly a little pushy.

But at least he wasn't a waiter.

Peter waited impatiently for someone to come make him a sandwich.

Because he was Batman.

Well. Relatively.
