Today the room is arranged so that a movie screen hanging on the wall is easily viewable from all the chairs. In addition to the usual scones, cookies and muffins, there is also popcorn and gummi worms.

"Today we're going to have a brief lecture, followed by a movie. No homework, since you have no classes next week. I hope you all enjoy your break."

Lyra snuggled comfortably into a cushion-y chair and watched the movie. She held a bowl of popcorn on her lap, but was ready to offer some to anybody who looked popcorn deprived.

Before the movie began, Aziraphale stopped next to Lyra's chair and said softly, "Miss Belacqua, could you stop and see me after class? It won't take but a moment, and I promise you aren't in any trouble."

"Of course, sir." Lyra looked up at her teacher. "I've been meaning to talk to you, but with the catching up..."

She shrugged. "You know how it is."

Blair was keeping an eye out for people who hadn't signed the petition and trying to figure out if it would be rude to ask them to do so during the movie.

She contemplated throwing popcorn at him until he looked at her, but decided gainst it.

She motioned with a piece of popcorn at the sheaf of papers he was holding. "What're those?"

"Hey Pippi." Blair whispered, holding out the petition. "Do you want to sign (http://lovechildblair.livejournal.com/29215.html)? It's for keeping the cafeteria open on the weekends."

"This is great Blair!" Pippi said signing. "Now we just need to start getting more students to use the cafeteria in general. The place is a ghost town on weekdays. I'm not sure most students know about it or know it's safe to eat there."

Dean flinched away from her finger. "Zigged when I should've zagged during a sparring session," he replied. "It's nothing. Really."

"That's a common problem with movies about prophecies," Dawn teased. "Want part of a muffin? I thought it was chocolate chip, but it's cranberry. Ugh."
