Flight Club [Tuesday evening after Safe Walk meeting]

In addition to the flight simulator, Anakin has managed to squeeze a couple dozen chairs and a movie screen into the shed.

His eyes are tired and slightly haunted as he turned to speak to the club members. "Tonight the sim has been reprogrammed back to the original Jedi Starfighter. You can see if your skills on the other sims in recent weeks have helped you with the first ship we learned on. In addition to the straight flight sequence, there is also a combat sequence available if you wish to try it."

He gestured at the movie screen. "In addition, inspired by last week's sim work of an Earth-based ship, I've rented the movie Top Gun from NPC Video Store in town. Some of the flying is pretty impressive and the volleyball sequence isn't half-bad, either."

Considering she liked the sim quite a bit the first time she tried it, Aeryn has no problem getting in it again.

After the rest of the club had left, Anakin spent a long time in the flight simulator blowing things up.

Maybe taking out some outer enemies would keep the inner demons away.

Watch Top Gun

Beka sat and watched the movie quietly. The only sign she was awake the way her eyes tracked the hot blonde with the bad attitude everywhere he moved.
