Library, [11/17]
Okay, so Jono was a little late getting himself into the library today for his shift, what with having to travel back from Vail and all, but he showed up as soon as possible, considering.
So soon, in fact, that he still had his bag of laundry and his guitar with him, both of which were sitting behind the desk while he set to work, re-shelving books and silently, very silently, chuckling to himself.
Once again, it looked as though he'd gotten off easy today, didn't it?
[Open library is just that! Open!]

Re: Talk to Jono!
Jono, for one, enjoyed sleeping in. Which would probably complicate matters some, yes.

So he could get away with a lot, back in Massachusetts. More, since he wasn't exactly the most pleasant company to keep, whenever he could help it.

Clearly, he was overthinking this as he pulled his guitar from the case.

Bellowing required lungs.
In any case, now that he'd managed to attain his guitar, he was going to attempt a bit of a tribute to The King. Suspicious Minds wasn't quite the same on the acoustic guitar, but it wasn't terrible, either.
Re: Talk to Jono!
"You play well," he said once Jonothon finished the song. "I like this much better than the music I had heard on the radio."

//Well, if you must know...// He considered for a moment, trying to think of another song that he could play without setting off everybody in the library, and then he settled on some Carlos Santana.
Because realy, it was difficult to go wrong with Put Your Lights On. Even if it was missing a little something, being played unplugged as it was.
Re: Talk to Jono!
"Have you considered introducing those from different worlds to this music?" he suggested. "Music seems an important part of a culture and I must not be the only one who would wish to hear these songs."
Re: Talk to Jono!
The music that the band had been playing in Ethics class, in that Hutt's cantina, for example. Jono had enjoyed that, until he realized that the ugly slug thing often fed the members of the band to an ugly thing that lived under the floor.

... It helped that currently, Faramir happened to be a fairly pretty girl, yes.
//It was my pleasure, really. Maybe I'll bring in some more music like this, next weekend. So that you can hear it th'way it was intended to sound, instead of on my guitar like this.//
