Sarah sits at her desk, working on her really sexy Fandom-High-populated Regency romance novel very important principal-type work.

The puppies are asleep in the basket in front of her desk, and anybody is free to pick them up.

Cameron enters the study hall, he's still humming to himself as he notices the puppies. He looks wearily at the principal before approaching the basket and petting one of the puppies.

"Hey Mitchell." Anders gives him a dopey grin.

Beka tentatively approaches Cameron. "Hey. Sorry about the phone message. Bad night."

The puppies bring a smile to Angela's face, which is a little puffy from crying and lack of sleep. She pauses to look at them, but doesn't touch.

She is carrying a box of Marty's stuff, which she sets down next to her chair.

Marty walks into study hall avoiding the puppies and wearing sunglasses in a vain attempt to hide the bruises on his face. He spies Angela with the box of what appears to be his stuff and groans.

Great. Just fucking great.

He walks over and stand in front of her.

"That for me?"

Faith grins when she sees the puppies again and, aw, they're sleeping!. She quietly picks one up and tries to quietly bring it to her seat.

When Evelyn got to study hall and saw the puppies. She couldn't help herself and knelt next to the basket playing with one of the pups.

Belthazor came into study hall to hang out before history class. "Hey, Evie," he said, greeting her as he saw her with the terrifyingly cute puppies.

After Cole has left, Parker stops by to talk to Evelyn. "You're Evelyn Carnahan, right? I'm Parker, I have a question for you."

Even Draco Malfoy cannot resist puppies. He comes into the room and picks one of the puppies and takes it to his seat. He sets it on the floor and magically produces one of those little tug of war ropes and begins playing with the puppy.

He'll occasionally go "Who's a good puppy? You are!" in that weird puppy tone everyone has.

Beka finds her way into study hall, exhausted, but dressed to kill as ever. She sees her new ally playing with puppies and cannot. stop. laughing.

*Jonathan hurries in looking around. He hadn't had a chance after last night's meeting to meet with Callisto, so he needed to see her now.

He spots her in the corner and heads over completely not notincing the puppy. What puppy? No puppy over there.*

"Callisto," Jonathan says sitting down at her table and reaching into his bookbag. He pulls out a small box and puts on the table between them, "I brought that thing you wanted."

Han walks in, ignoring the puppies.

He's got another book on Celts open atop his math book and is trying to read and walk at the same time.

He finds a seat and keeps reading, still slowly. From time to time, he glances at the door.

Edward sits on the other site of the hall, but sees Han looking at the door. It makes him nervous. He watches the door now, too, because you just never know.

Phoebe came in and she looked around very carefully before she went and sat down. She started writing notes down for her homework.

Cole took a seat next to Phoebe. "Hi," he said softly, smiling at her.

Rory wanders in and takes a seat in the back. She notices Marty and Angela (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomhigh/240301.html?thread=11512749#t11512749) across the room, but, based on the very terse discussion they seem to be having, decides not to go sit by either of them.

She instead opens her book, glancing up at them every few seconds.

After her encounter with Marty is over, Angela walks over to Rory. "Hi. That" -- she indicates Marty with her head -- "was as much fun as it looked."

She rubs her very red eyes.

Kiki sits down and pulls out "Three Musketeers." She smiles to herself at the sight of Draco playing with the puppy. If he likes puppies, he can't be ALL bad.

(OOC: HEE. Yeah, she may just take notes in study hall until next week, when I have the first three weekdays off and can get some cheesy bodice-ripping Fandom-High-based erotica going. ;)

And yup, I'm doing NaNo. I'm going to try to get a head start on the third book in the novel series I'm trying to finish and sell. *g*)
