Arts & Crafts Workshop #5, Camp Dining Hall, 08.07.06, Afternoon

[OOC: Hey, look at me, I actually updated the Workshop Info Post!]

When everyone was in the dining hall, The Tick smiled and held up the envelopes containing the photos the students had taken last week.

"Hello, campers! This week, you'll be spending a lot of time with the photographs you took last week! To start off, you'll be making a photo flower arrangement. To do this, you can cut out a standard flower pattern in colored construction paper, cut your pictures to fit onto the flower, glue the picture to the flower, attach a pipe cleaner stem, then fit your photo flower into the canister you'll be using as a flower pot! All of these supplies can be found on your desks, including extra construction paper to decorate the 'flower pot'! A nice arrangement will probably feature five to twelve flowers."

"For your scrapbooks this week, you'll be integrating the photos you didn't use on your flowers into the books! Do this however you see fit: fitting them into old pages, new pages, onto the cover, whatever you see fit!"

Jamie waved a copy of the pictures he took of Molly. "These are pretty good shots of you? You want some copies?"

Molly shrugged. "Went to Caritas on Saturday to watch Cam and Charlie get drunk. Hung around in a common room yesterday and tried to figure out who everybody was." She tilted her head, trying to remember. "Didn't the radio say you were one of the people all switched around?"

"Yeah I thought I was Tyler," Jamie said as he facepalmed. "I spent all of Saturday going to support groups and made a pass at Z who was actually Tyler."

Molly snickered. "So, you weren't actually in someone else? Like a real body switch? You just thought you were Tyler in your body?"

Jamie flushed. "Yeah that's pretty accurate. Luckily there were a lot of other people that it happened to, so at least I'm not alone. I take it you were just normal Molly?"

"Yup," Molly said. "Just plain ol' me. I didn't even know anything weird was going on until I heard the radio on Saturday night."

"Considering the make up of the student body, it would be hard to notice anything weird unless they all grew a second head," Jamie commented.

He looked up, grinning at Molly. "Yeah, Jaye showed me cotton candy and we went on the ferry wheel. It was pretty fun. Did you do anything?"

"Ferris wheel," Molly corrected absently. "Pippi and I tormented the carney running the Test of Strength game. That was fun."

Molly shook her head. "We left when he asked us to. He wouldn't even let me take a second turn." She pouted. "He just told us each to take a second stuffed animal and go."

Snickering, Alec shook his head as well. "Maybe they should make a Test of Strength for mutants and... whatever Pippi is, so it's actually a challenge for you."

"A small bus," Molly said and started going through her pictures before pausing again in thought. "Although, I wonder if Leapfrog is heavier than that bus. I don't really remember."

Strangely enough, Hermione had been going for a plant theme with her pictures. As she starts putting her flower together, she can't help but be surprised at the accidental meta.

A lot of Stark's photos featured part of a finger that had evidently been blocking the lens. Oops. Luckily chopping up photos was part of the day's project, so he could cut around the finger. So after cutting out a few blue flowers, he started cutting up photos so there were no longer any visible fingers.
