Was anyone looking slightly worried about the pantry ingredients and refrigerated chests Anakin had hauled out the park? Good. You should be worried. There were also three cooking stations set up, and three stacks of terrible, eye-searing shirts in front of Anakin.

Someone stop him from watching food competitions shows into the early hours, gang. "Today will be a cook off!" he announced far-too-loudly through the megaphone. "As always you will work in teams. Your teams will be divided into pairs and as that pair you will work on an appetizer, then tag in the next pair to complete a main dish, and finally your third team pair will make a dessert!"

That seemed too easy.

"You will be bound together like a three-legged race."

There we go.

"And while the food supplies are overwhelming in the choices available to you, the only equipment you have will be what you would find in a typical college freshman's dorm, or in the home of a recently divorced man. Listen for your names! Don't use your powers!"

Since cinnamon roll Sundays had been going well and Boc was feeling generally more comfortable here, he figured he could start venturing out a little more again.

He realized his mistake as soon as he noticed all the hubbub going on in the park and remembered too late how it could be in the park sometimes.

And, of course, before he could go scampering off to the shop for safety, his name was being called and someone was janding him a terrible shirt.

"Oh," he whimpered, "bother..."

"It will be fine," Stark assured him. "He's ridiculous but not really harmful."

There was another faint whimpering sound, and Boc lifted his eyes somewhat witheringly at Stark.

And then he looked pointedly down at the shirt in his hands, before those baleful eyes returned with the utmost skepticism at this bold and clearly refutible claim.

"At least it won't upset you if this one gets damaged?" Stark tried. "Or you could tear it up later. Perhaps for patches? Or... cleaning rags? They're usually worse than this, you know."

Boc was just going to stare at the shirt in his hands now, shaking his head and wondering how Stark thought that telling him this was supposed to help.

But then he sighed and dutifully started pulling the shirt on. He supposed he probably could just.....still try to leave, and experiences here told him nothing terrible was likely to happen, but he still didn't want to take the risk.
