Summer Shenanigans, Wednesday [all day]

Today there was a ring of chairs in the middle of the park, so that was fine. Musical chairs was a very normal game to play!

Of course, this was Anakin...

"Today we're playing Musical Shares!" Anakin announced through his completely superfluous megaphone. "It will be one giant team building exercise!"

That seemed ominous. "Come get your shirts!"

Anakin read out his names for the day:

Sixteen people, 16 chairs! When the music--aka Anakin's son Christopher playing recorder--stopped, find a chair! Easy!

"This part is too easy," Steve said, frowning as he looked at his fellow players. Stacking some of them would be a problem. Raiden, Rogers, and Gladio on a chair, while hilarious, was probably bad for something structural.

Could you sit in a chair warily? Because even knowing what the deal was, Rey still expected something worse than a chair, somehow. Like the seat was secretly made of whipped cream or something.

So Stark was carefully sitting in a chair waiting for something to happen.

Graham, who seemed a little lost in his attempts to maybe oh-so-subtly find his way onto a chair already occupied by either Charlie, Guillermo, or Belle and only realizing far too late that none of them were even in this game today, was relieved to hear a whisper call his attention, and he swirled around with a sweep of his cloak and laughed a little as he plopped down next to Steve.

And the nice thing was that his cloak took up more room than his bottom probably did!

"Awww, thanks, man!" he said. "Good looking out!"

"Oh," Beta said when she realized the other person closest to this particular chair looked like he was twice the size of Erend and Kotallo put together. (Okay, that was a little bit of an exaggeration, but not by much!) "Oh no."

As the chairs started to dwindle, Gladio was keeping himself pretty low to the ground to do whoever wound up with him on a chair a favor by being the first one with his butt in the seat. And it just so happened that his strategy had worked out well, because when the music stopped, not only was he conveniently right there, but he noticed Ignis nearby, as well, and, helpfully, snagged him to pull him in onto his chair as well.

And when Prompto caught Gladio snagging a seat and pulling Ignis in with him, he saw a golden opportunity that he could not refuse, and that was when he went flying in to sprawl across both their laps, slinging an arm around Gladio's shoulders as he sang out, "Chocobro piiiii~iile~!"

And Libby definitely wasn't paying any attention to details right now, she really was just going for trying to make sure she found herself sitting in whatever chair and/or people were closest. There were so few of them! Although at least it couldn't get more difficult than this round, right?
