Anakin was holding the shenanigans today mostly as a way to conduct a head count on who was still around and comfortable enough to venture outside. The seating and tables had been lashed securely to trees in the park, and the inflatable whack-a-mole games had been bungee corded to each other and then to a tree.

Anakin wasn't losing anyone down a hole during this, thanks.

"Welcome," he said to those who arrived. "Let's work out some stress." He gestured to the inflated games. "We'll be in groups of seven. Six of you are moles--your job is to collect as many balls on the surface of the game as you can. One of you has an inflatable mallet: your job is to smack everyone on the head before they retrieve all the balls. Let's work on those reflexes, everyone."

Steve was going to be back at the station as soon as this was over, but for now he was there, practically vibrating with restrained anxiety.

Alara wasn’t sure if coming down to the park was the best choice but she decided to still chance it and was making sure to be extra vigilant of her surroundings.

Nina was definitely on the look out for holes! She was standing on one of the seats and was surveying the surrounding area through a pair of binoculars because, like, okay she had been mostly safe so far but--

Look, if she saw a hole, she made no promises about how long her resolution to be safe was going to last.

Sorry, Dad! Sorry, Prompto! But it was amaaaaazing how careful she'd been so far!

Prompto had been criminally ignored keeping a low profile ever since last week, when he went out for his usual jog and buildings were missing. Like, he was responsible for someone's cat right now, he couldn't afford to risk it if Fandom was doing some weird shit right now.

It definitely didn't help that Ignis wasn't answering his phone! He tried to tell himself that he was just involved in some secret...super secret mission, buuuut....

...if he stayed in for too much longer, though he would go crazy, and so he was here, honestly a little surprised they were still doing this, and trying not too look too anxious as he came down and got his shirt and tried to listen to what they were even doing this week.

Something with holes, dude? Really?

Everyone is sticking up out of holes that are six feet tall (or not sticking out, if you are very wee. Or perhaps a mite stuck, if you are Sidon!). Moles, collect all of the balls you can reach! Whackers, smack those moles!

The RNG declares Sidon the winner (the RNG is wise), but mod your balls (not dirty) and Tahani will attempt to bop you all on the head!

Tahani was absolutely letting the power of this inflatable bat go to her head. "Oh, do come out so I can hit you!"

And with that, and a pointed glare, she snatched a couple of the nearest balls before sinking back into the hole, to let that really settle before coming back up to see about getting a few more.

If Sidon was looking for a bit of distraction among all this hole business, he'd certainly found it in this activity! After all, his size did make him a rather easy target, but it also gave him an incredible reach and quite a bit of space outside the holes that the others didn't have.

It was an inflatable, though, and he would so hate to ruin everyone's distraction so quickly with his errant claws, as was wont to happen around him and inflatables, but you can bet he was striving to be both cautious and victorious!

He wondered if it was counterintuitive to throw at least a fee balls at Tahani if she came around with the intention to whack him, but, really, there was only one way to find out...

Belle was only slightly over 5 feet tall. She could reach her hand out of the top of the hole and hope to grab a ball but her head was absolutely not reaching the surface unless she jumped high enough. And why would she do that when her head was only going to be bopped?

Alara was short enough that she could fit in the hole but she was also focused on not trying to accidentally break the game with her strength.

So her movement was rather somewhat limited as she attempted to grab what balls she was able to.

Harry was actually having fun with this, trying to sneak balls into the hole whenever Tahani was distracted by other people. Not very sneakily, though.

Oh it was over for all you bitches.

There's nothing quite like a girl with unresolved rage issues who was able to take it out on innocent people with an inflatable bat. Jaye wasn't even athletic. Didn't matter. There was no saving you.

He didn't know they had eaten his star Jedi student yet.
