Justice is a cape that keeps the inclement weather of Evil from making you too wet or cold. Assuming Justice is made of wool. Justice should also not be put in a hot wash if that's the case.
Extra credit:
They could use their weetiny paws to pick locks, as well as place weetiny technology like bugs and cameras where evildoers can't see them.
