Anakin looked a little like he hadn't slept, but that was not going to stop him from having the last bit of summer fun, darn it!

And judging by all of the stations set up around the park, he might have needed to.

"Today we're having an old fashioned field day...thing," Anakin said. He'd never had a field day, so.

"Listen for your names, get your Fandom High t-shirts--" they were blue with gremlin prints all over them, "--and enjoy the day!"

Was Eleanor tired because she did not sleep well last night? You bet your ash she was. However she was here to compete today. Especially if it meant her first drink was free for ladies night.

In the meantime she was chilling in the seats and looking to place bets on the losers.

Rey was actually really relieved to see that there wouldn't be something completely insane today, the day when she'd had no sleep and her focus was shot.

But hey, her and everyone else soooo... slightly more level playing field?

Danny was tired and only here because Steve was bribing him. Though he'd had to buy the bribe himself using Steve's credit card.

Which were normal things to do with your work partner.

It had sounded like a good idea to go with Steve to do the ridiculous Wednesday class with Steve after a bad evening of nightmares, but in practice it was less so.

Tony clutched his coffee close, casting baleful looks at the whole set-up. The things he did for his fiance.

There had been worse shirts. Blue was a good color, at least. Hopefully the gremlins on the shirts wouldn't lure in any of the actual resident gremlins.

Sack Race!

Get in this extremely scratchy potato sack and hop, hop, hop across the grass!

"Heck yeah!" Someone rolled a Nat 20 on that athletics check. Which was why it seemed like Magnus levitated from one end of the course to the other. With all the skill of an Olympic athlete.

Shame he wasted that roll on the sack race, though.

The potato sack was very scratchy. That was not the reason Stark was not very fast at hopping though. That was just Stark not being particularly skilled at hopping while inside a bag.

It's a lot easier when you've knocked over a bunch of competition!

Yeah. This was not Eleanor's thing. So she just pretended to try and drop her egg on Beaker's head.

This was an odd activity. Of course, most everything on Wednesdays this summer had been an odd activity. For some reason though this particular odd activity was one Stark was successful at. Who knew?

He wasn't the fastest but he did make it across the finish line fairly quickly without dropping the egg.

"Why a spoon?" he asked nobody in particular after finishing.

Crab Walk!

...were there not supposed to be live crabs involved in the crab walk? Because Anakin let some loose.

Bet ya'll are setting some records for skittering right now.

Crab walking was not a skill Stark had mastered. Or ever practiced before. It did not go well. He had to keep turning his head to look out for the actual live crabs.
