Anakin looked a little like he hadn't slept, but that was not going to stop him from having the last bit of summer fun, darn it!

And judging by all of the stations set up around the park, he might have needed to.

"Today we're having an old fashioned field day...thing," Anakin said. He'd never had a field day, so.

"Listen for your names, get your Fandom High t-shirts--" they were blue with gremlin prints all over them, "--and enjoy the day!"

"Well. I needed the distraction anyway," Tony said, leaning into him.

Steve wrapped his arm around him. "Last night was kinda rough," he agreed.

"Yeah," he huffed, settling in for that public appropriate cuddling. "We could have done without that."

"I'm sorry for waking you," Steve murmured.

"Trust me. I was already up." He was trying not to wake Steve too.

"Want to talk about it later?" Steve offered.

"Later," he agreed, letting out a little sigh and nodding.

Steve kissed the top of his head. "We'll order in."

"My hero," Tony replied, relaxing a little for the first time since he woke up last night.

"And ice cream," Steve added, rubbing Tony's back.
