The Library is Open, 3/22 (Wednesday)

Zero has decided to actually do library-related work today. Wonder of wonders. She opens up the library promptly and sets to work, after setting out a box of danishes from Jeff, God of Biscuits and a carafe of coffee behind the collections desk where no one but official library personnel can get to them. She'll be here all day.

((I, however, will probably not be on until late afternoon/eveningish, so I thought I'd better get this up now so people can use the library throughout the day.))

"Whomever it was that thought this plot up is my personal hero."

"Pfft. We could escape that, no problem. Once they monologue, they're being too careless to stop us."

"I have no clue. You started it."

"I'm not complaining," Peter said, still whispering as well. Hey, he was in close proximity to Zero. He wasn't going to complain.

"Not complaining about that or the leaning in close like this."

"I'm glad to hear that, because you don't know the half of my dorkiness."

Peter didn't have to think for very long to come up with a list of reasons why he was sure. "Very. And remember, you encouraged it now, so you have nobody to blame but yourself if you get sick of it. Well, I mean, you could blame me, but then I'd just be all dorky at you and it would get you nowhere."

"Then it should work out just fine." Peter caught sight of the time. "I should probably get going. I have class in a little bit."

Peter took several seconds to back away. He still felt that he had to actually earn what he really wanted to do right then. At the very least, he had to show up for a date. So he just whispered, Bye, Zero," and stepped away.
